Cost Justification FRP ULTRA vs NMP Based Products

FRP Ultra™ Resin Remover vs. NMP (N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone) based products

FRP Ultra™ offers Higher Resin Loading (Solvent-based Inks, Varnishes, Colors, and Adhesives), High bath Life (Ratio is 2:3)

For every three drums of NMP-based product, you will purchase two drums of FRP Ultra™.
Using field results over several years obtained from multiple customers, data show that their solvent cleaning usage has decreased significantly (33%) using FRP Ultra™. This reduction in cleaning usage is attributed to the formula, which contains vital ingredients such as wetting agents and “proprietary” surfactants, enabling the product to yield a longer Bath Life. Due to these key ingredients, FRP Ultra™ will perform better in removing challenging resins, polymers, inks, and adhesives such as Solvent-based Inks, Nitrocellulose Inks, and Vinyl Inks, Varnishes, and Colors.

FRP Ultra™ offers a much higher yield in the reclamation (vacuum distillation process):

At 300 °F and 27 mm HG, FRP Ultra™ key ingredients will boil off quickly; the product can be reconstituted by adding virgin material to the distillate. Through this process, you can reclaim up to 70% of FRP Ultra™ while reducing waste.

FRP Ultra™ is a direct replacement for NMP (N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone) based products:

The product does not require heat or dilution. It is also compatible with existing Parts Washing “Pressure Washers,” and Distillation Equipment offered through various equipment suppliers. It can be used in an immersion tank with ultrasonic or spray under immersion.

FRP Ultra™ ONE cleaner for all your Resin, Ink & Adhesive Removal Applications:

The product will also replace PM Acetate, Acetone, MEK, MIBK, Alcohol, and Petroleum-based cleaners.
